The position supports inventory checks, creating new item files, and assisting with domestic and import shipments and procurement.
Additionally, it involves researching trends and new merchandise, and preparing for annual inventories.
Other duties include teamwork to achieve goals, continuous process improvement, adhering to company policies, and performing various tasks as needed.
The physical effort may involve sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
The work environment is primarily office and warehouse with moderate noise levels.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience, computer skills, and a strong understanding of Japanese culture; bilingual skills are preferred.
Effective communication, basic arithmetic, reading comprehension, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
