We are seeking a Logistics and Shipping Coordinator on behalf of a top-rated, global distributor of automotive paints and refinish products located in Miami Gardens. Because our client ships specialized chemical coatings worldwide, previous experience with Import/Export regulations and Hazmat/Dangerous Goods paperwork is required. Responsibilities

• Process Orders: Organize customer orders and prepare invoices, packing lists, and everyday shipping forms.
• Warehouse Scheduling: Plan and prioritize daily order pickups with the warehouse support team.
• Vendor Communication: Manage special orders for non-stocked items between customers and third-party vendors.

• Government Export Filings: Submit AES Electronic Export Information filings accurately to comply with US customs.
• Cost Management: Review freight costs to help the team analyze and save on shipping spend.
• Solve Shipping Issues: Handle tracking problems or delivery discrepancies, talk directly with customers, and follow up until the issue is fixed.
• Credit & Collections: Monitor customer credit limits and help check on payments related to shipments.
• Process Training: Write down clear steps for everyday processes and help train team members on logistics functions.
