Logistics and Fulfillment Operations Associate

Compensation: $15 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A day in this role

Start your morning by checking the day’s orders, performing quick computer lookups for parts, and lining up pulls for the warehouse floor. You’ll move between scanning items, pulling product to the correct length, and accurately cutting and measuring material. As orders are finalized, you’ll stage, load, and sometimes deliver them, keeping safety front and center while operating a forklift and company vehicles. Throughout the day, you’ll help with inventory counts, general labor tasks, and assist customers or teammates with excellent communication.

What you’ll handle

• Computer entry and computer lookups for parts
• Scanning, order pulling, and staging
• Pulling product to length, cutting material, and precise measuring
• General labor and routine warehouse upkeep
• Inventory tasks and cycle counts
• Forklift operation
• Local delivery driving

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Warehouse experience, including loading and unloading vehicles
• Retail sales proficiency and strong customer communication
• Basic computer skills for data entry and part lookups
• High School diploma or GED
