- M-F 7am-3pm schedule, 2 weeks per month minimum
- 15 patients per day
- Office visits, follow-up visits, and pain management procedures
- Spinal cord stimulation and radio-frequency ablation experience
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Board certification required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
