Procedures: Angioplasty and Stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Venous Bypass, EVAR, AV Fistulas, PAD,
Varicose Vein Treatment, Bypass Grafting, Thrombectomy
Credentialing: 60-90 days
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
Board Certified Vascular Surgery
Licensure: Active Wisconsin license
