Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

CRNA position providing anesthesia services in a medically directed model at a 1:3 ratio (maximum 1:4)
Day shift schedule varying according to daily assignment: 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Full-time only; 4-5 ten-hour shifts per week with no overtime
Work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver high quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas
Patient population includes all ages
Special procedures include: Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Ortho, and Robotics
CRNAs perform epidurals without a doctor present; blocks are not performed by CRNAs
Skills required: GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and ultrasound techniques
EMR system: Epic
Hospital bed size: 593 beds with Level I Trauma designation
Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist required
Active PA license or compact license required
ACLS and PALS certifications required
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
