365 Healthcare is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for a locum tenens opportunity serving two hospital campuses in Davenport, Iowa and Silvis, Illinois. This hospital-based assignment focuses exclusively on orthopedic trauma call with no clinic responsibilities. Competitive compensation, malpractice coverage, and travel and lodging coverage are provided.
Ongoing coverage is available for qualified physicians.
• Hospital-based, inpatient only
• No clinic responsibilities
• 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
• 7–10 shifts per month
• Daily operating room access
• Ongoing coverage opportunities available
• Level III Trauma Center
• Hospital coverage at two campuses located 13 miles apart
• Cerner EMR
• Average daily hospital census: 230–250 patients
• Team of 8 orthopedic surgeons
• Eight Advanced Practice Providers
• Dedicated OR nursing and APP support
• No teaching responsibilities
• 24-hour orthopedic trauma call coverage
• Management of inpatient orthopedic trauma cases
• Emergency Department orthopedic consultations
• Trauma surgery and same-day add-on procedures
• Inpatient rounding and post-operative management
• Pager call with a required 30-minute response time
• Coverage of both hospital campuses as needed
Physicians should be comfortable managing:
• Orthopedic trauma injuries
• Fracture care and fixation
• Emergency orthopedic procedures
• Complex musculoskeletal trauma
• Same-day orthopedic surgical add-ons
Total joint replacement is not required for this assignment.
• Eight orthopedic surgeons

• Onsite imaging, laboratory, and pharmacy services
• Daily operating room availability
• Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Fellowship Trained in Orthopedic
• Active Iowa and Illinois licenses, or active IMLC with appropriate state licensure eligibility
• Prior orthopedic trauma experience required
• Willingness to provide coverage at both Davenport and Silvis campuses
• Clean malpractice and background history
• Current NPDB Self-Query
