Locum - Physician - Radiology Wooster, OH
Join a dynamic team as a Locum Radiologist and make a meaningful impact in patient care across high-volume emergency settings. This essential role involves providing comprehensive radiological interpretations, including stroke and perfusion imaging, covering all CT scans (excluding cardiac), as well as XR, MR, US, and NM modalities. If you excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering accurate, timely diagnoses, this opportunity is designed for you.
Required Skills:
- Board-certified or eligible in Radiology
- Proven experience in high-volume emergency radiology
- Ability to interpret all CT scans (excluding cardiac), XR, MR, US, NM
- Proficiency in stroke/perfusion imaging
- Strong attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Subspecialty experience in neuro, MSK, or emergency radiology
- Experience with MERGE PACS systems
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from accredited institution
- Active state medical license in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency radiology experience in an emergency or hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work remote or on-site as needed
- Coverage for shifts starting 03/06/2026
- Malpractice insurance included in hourly rate
- Additional certifications or licenses preferred, with travel or licensure reimbursement where applicable
