Job Description:
Bon Secours Mercy Health Springfield Regional Medical Center is seeking a temporary Interventional Radiologist to provide in-person coverage. Open dates include June 15-18, June 24, and June 29-July 3, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position involves hospital-based practice with a call schedule of 7 days per week. The facility handles an annual ER volume of approximately 80,000 patients and utilizes full Epic and PACS systems for documentation.
The radiology team consists of two interventional radiologists supported by a full staff of radiology professionals. The patient demographic is primarily adult, with an expected volume of 15-25 procedures per day. Procedures include general community interventional radiology, with a focus on biopsies and cancer-related interventions.
Travel Reimbursement:
- Lodging approximately $150 per night
