Description: Henry Ford is looking for a Primary Care Physician to cover at the St John Center for Wellness in Roseville
- 12-16 patients per day; Family practice- all ages, although peds are rare
- Ideal candidate will be able to offer 3 days per week consistently- prefer Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but can be flexible
- 1 NP current support staff is 1:1 MA per physician
- Labs drawn in house
- No radiology in house
- 2 Procedure rooms in office- only minor procedures done in office
- Board Cert in IM or FM- will consider new grads that are Board eligible
- Interviews will be conducted, please provide availability at time of presentation
- EMR- EPIC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
