- Experience: Proven experience in surgical, clinical, and anatomic pathology with familiarity in Hematopathology, Cytology, and Blood Banking

What Youll Do:
- Perform surgical pathology, GI, GU, dermatopathology, and neuropathology interpretations
- Read and diagnose 80-100 cases daily, including bone marrow, lymph nodes, and cytology
- Conduct blood bank testing and clinically relevant microbiology, chemistry, and serology procedures
- Evaluate the adequacy of image-guided biopsies rapidly
- Work collaboratively with a team of six physicians, five histotechnologists, a pathology assistant, and cytotechnologists
- Utilize advanced equipment including Leica cryostats and Olympus microscopes, with Epic EMR system
What You Need:
- MN medical license and Board Certification in Pathology
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an acute hospital setting
- Proficiency in surgical, anatomic, and clinical pathology procedures
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to arrive promptly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
About the Assignment:
Join North Memorial Hospital's Robbinsdale locationan esteemed Level 1 Trauma Centerserving approximately 40 patients daily. The position involves comprehensive pathology duties across a wide range of specialties, with full support from a skilled team and modern equipment to ensure high-quality diagnostics. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days, and your contribution will be vital to patient care excellence.
