Are you a dedicated OB Hospitalist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a vibrant community? We are seeking a highly skilled Locum Physician to join our team in Springfield, Missouri, starting December 31, 2025. In this vital role, you'll provide excellent obstetric and gynecologic care, including handling potential GYN emergencies and contributing to the care of approximately 2,700–3,000 annual births in a Level 3 NICU-equipped facility. Required Skills

• MD or DO degree with valid medical license to practice in Missouri
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with OB
• Proven experience in obstetric and gynecologic care, including management of labor and delivery
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
• Ability to handle high-acuity situations confidently

• Experience in a Level 3 NICU setting
• Advanced Emergency GYN management skills
• Experience in rural or community hospital settings
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Prior locum or hospitalist OB experience preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology

• Must hold or quickly obtain MO medical license and relevant certifications
• Ability to travel to Springfield, MO, as required
