Required Skills:
- Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
- Valid medical license in Texas or the ability to obtain one
- Proven experience in obstetric care, including delivery and ante/postnatal management
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience as a hospitalist or in a locum tenens role
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active medical license in Texas or eligibility for licensure
- At least 2 years of obstetric practice experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must hold or be willing to obtain necessary state medical licenses and credentials
- Travel and lodging reimbursements available when applicable
