Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and Board Certification in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB specialization
• Proven experience in obstetric and gynecological care
• Ability to handle high patient volumes, with a minimum of 13+ encounters daily
• Proficiency with Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage OB triage, gynecological emergencies, and deliveries efficiently

• Experience working in hospital inpatient settings
• Familiarity with Emergency Medicine protocols
• Prior experience covering CNMs and APCs
• Excellent multitasking abilities in high-pressure situations

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active state medical license in Missouri
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience

• Ability to work clinic, call, and on-call shifts as required
• Flexibility to handle unassigned gynecological emergencies and deliveries
• Must adhere to all healthcare standards, protocols, and safety regulations
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignments and cover various shifts as needed
• Provided licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable
