We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OB Hospitalist to provide high-quality care in a dynamic hospital setting. Required Skills:
- Valid and current medical license in Texas
- Board certification in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience
- Proven ability to handle high-volume obstetric cases efficiently and compassionately
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience as a Hospitalist or in a similar locum role
- Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- BLS and NRP certification
- Experience in a Level II or higher obstetric unit
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- At least 2 years of post-residency obstetric practice
- Prior locum or temporary hospitalist experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 12/31/2025
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure and hospital privileges in Texas
- Willingness to travel (if applicable) and adhere to all hospital protocols and compliance standards
