Required Skills
- Valid Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one
- Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist roles or inpatient obstetrics
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with high-risk pregnancy management
- BLS, ATLS, and NRP certifications
- Prior locum or temporary physician experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of OB/GYN residency program
- At least 2 years of Obstetrics practice, preferably in hospitalist roles
Other Requirements
- Willingness to perform shift work, including nights and weekends
- Compliance with hospital credentialing and privileging processes
- Travel and licensure reimbursements available as applicable
