Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in Texas or ability to obtain one
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and hospitalist duties
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of current obstetric guidelines and protocols
- Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of recent hospitalist or OB inpatient experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in Baytown, TX on a temporary basis starting from 12/31/2025
- Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements provided when applicable
