Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
- Valid medical license in Texas or the ability to obtain one swiftly
- Proven experience in obstetric care and hospital-based practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Previous locum or hospitalist experience
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience in a hospital setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Other Requirements:
- Must hold or be eligible for a Texas medical license
- Ability to start on 12/31/2025 and work flexible shifts
- Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable
