365 Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for a locum opportunity in Ontario, Oregon. This assignment offers a full-scope OB/GYN practice combining clinic and hospital call responsibilities with low volume and rare callbacks, making it an attractive option for providers seeking balanced coverage.

Schedule Model

• Clinic + Hospital Call Coverage
• 24-hour pager call responsibilities
• Clinic hours: approximately 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (weekdays only)
• Low call-back volume

Coverage Needed

• Full-time coverage
• Minimum of 14 consecutive shifts per month required
• Ongoing assignment with consistent scheduling needs

Practice Overview

• Full Scope OB/GYN practice
• Combination of clinic and inpatient responsibilities
• NICU Level I
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

• Routine OB/GYN clinic visits and patient management
• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies
• Gynecologic evaluations and procedures
• Inpatient rounding and call coverage
• Deliveries performed during clinic hours as needed

Volume & Facility Details

• Clinic volume: approximately 15–18 patients per day
• Annual deliveries: approximately 400–500
• 10-bed LDRP unit (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
• 2-bed newborn nursery

Practice Environment

• Low-volume setting with manageable workload
• Rare callback during call shifts
• No supervision of other providers required
• Supportive clinical staff and established workflow

Qualifications

• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Active Oregon license, IMLC, or willing to obtain
• DEA and CSR required
• BLS certification
• Ability to commit to block scheduling (14+ consecutive shifts/month)
• Clean malpractice and background history
