What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert Hematology-Oncology care to adult patients
- Manage an average of 22 patients daily, including new consults
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Participate in patient consultations, education, and follow-up
- Support hospital and clinic-based Hematology and Oncology services
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for charting and documentation
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient advocacy
What You Need:
- Valid Kentucky medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology-Oncology
- At least 2 years of post-training Hematology/Oncology experience
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
