What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Manage adult and geriatric patients with cancer diagnoses
- Collaborate with hospital staff and operate independently as the sole physician in practice
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
- Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and rounding
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and quality standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning
What You Need
- Valid Virginia Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
