What Youll Do:
- Provide anesthesia services for 50-60 daily surgical cases across a pediatric age range, from neonatal to adult patients
- Supervise CRNAs in a team-based care model
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, surgeons, and proceduralists
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Contribute to a high-volume trauma center environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
What You Need:
- Ohio Medical License and DEA registration
- Minimum of 2 years pediatric anesthesia experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to supervise CRNAs as required
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
