Job Details:
- Start Date: February 7, 2025, with ongoing needs.
- Reason for Coverage: To support two full-time providers during time off or vacancies.
- Practice Setting: Occupational Health.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to close (typically 4:30 PM, but may extend due to walk-in injuries).
- Average Patients Per Day: 8-10.
- EMR System: Systoc.
- Exam Rooms: 5.
- On-Site Team: Includes RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, and PSRs.
Required Duties:
- Pre-Employment Physicals.
- Return-to-Duty Testing.
- DOT Physicals.
- Workers' compensation injury care.
Pay and Benefits:
- $70 - $85 per Hour with Malpractice Insurance

Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required.
- Licensure: Active Virginia license required.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DOT certification required.
- Availability: Must be noted at the time of submission, with preference for providers who can cover all dates.
