Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a locum assignment performing home-based primary care visits Monday through Friday.
Assignment Details:
Contract Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
Start Date: ASAP thru December 2025
Location: Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 4–6 patients per day
Setting: Home visits – all patients are scheduled in advance
Requirements:
Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Board Certification required
Prior experience with home-based care preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Comfortable working independently in the field
