Bay Area Hospital is looking for a Locum Cardiology Nurse Practitioner. 3 month assignment with the possibility of extension. Job Description:
- Accepting full-time (80 hours per pay period)
- 4 x 10 s
- 0730-1630 clinic hours
- 0730-1630 hospital hours
- 50% inpatient, 50% inpatient
- NP s currently do weekly rotations between hospital and clinic (one week in hospital, next week in clinic, etc.)
- 15-18 clinic patients per day
- 8-15 hospital patients per day
- 4 physicians on staff
- An assigned MA to assist with managing patients
- Triage RN team
- Device clinic and dedicated device clinic staff
- General cardiology, invasive cardiology, and electrophysiology support
- EPIC EMR
- Minimum 1+ year of work experience as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner is required
Site requires 4 hours of unpaid EPIC training
Orientation is 1/2 the hourly rate
OT and holidays are paid at 1.25x
Med Mal must be included in rates
OT is after 40 hours
Work Week is Sunday - Saturday Conversion Caps MD is ***K, APP is ***K
