  • Start Date: Oct 10, Oct 15 - Oct 16, Oct 27 x2, Oct 31, Nov 3-7, Nov 17 - 21, Nov 24 - 28 x2, Dec 15 - 19, Dec 22 - 28, Dec 29 - Jan 2 ongoing x4
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
  • Licensure Requirements: ACLS must be AHA
  • Hours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Call from 3:30 pm - 7:30 am
  • Call scheduled: 3 weeknights per month
  • Supervision: Anesthesiologist onsite - No supervision
  • Type of cases required: High-Acuity Cases - Mostly General, endo, ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac (TEE, lungs and major vascular). Blocks: bread and butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
  • Number of ORs: 8
