Job Description
Specialty: CRNA
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 6 months with the option to extend. Shift: 3x12 weekly with 1x24 hour OB weekend shift each month.
Case Mix: Mainly OB and maybe some general surgery. CRNA must be able to place epidurals.

Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction. 2 Anesthesiologist/2 CRNA or AA during day shifts. 2 Anesthesiologist 1 CRNA or AA on nights and weekends
# of OR's: 25
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days (must have active TX license and clean file)
Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, and BLS
Active TX License: Required upon submission
