Job Description
  • Specialty: CRNA
  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
  • Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning end of august for 3 months with the option to extend. Schedule offers either 5x8's or 4x10's, between Monday - Friday.
  • Call: Call responsibility is primarily in Clare, no OB call. 1-hour response time
  • Call 1:3/1-2 holidays per year
  • Weeknight call: until 11 pm
  • Weekend call: 7 am - 11 pm
  • Case Mix: Scopes/bread & butter/laparoscopic abdominal procedures, Opthalmology (cataracts); Podiatry (4 days per month); Orthopedics (1/2 day per month-totals w/blocks); Vascular (occasionally, 1 day per month); Cardiology (TEEs/Cardioversions), Surgical procedures (General Anesthetics, MAC, Regional skills, Blocks optional-will teach if need to refresh); ward & Emergency Department needs (i.e. IV access, Airway access, Provider expertise support)
  • Inpatient 10-20%
  • Outpatient 80-90%
  • Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days
  • Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Active MI License
