What You’ll Bring:
- Valid CRNA certification and active state licensure
- Proven experience in anesthesiology, preferably within a hospital setting
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively within supervised practice models
- Excellent communication and team collaboration capabilities
- Ability to handle diverse surgical cases with professionalism and confidence
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in trauma settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Additional certifications, such as ACLS or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
- At least 2 years of recent CRNA practice experience, ideally in hospital environments
Other Requirements:
- Local candidates only; travel reimbursements available for mileage
- Credentialing process estimated at 90-120 days
- No call responsibilities; scheduled shifts include 8, 10, and 12-hour formats
- Supervised CRNA practice model with support from OR RNs and surgical techs
