365 Healthcare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum opportunity in Muskegon, Michigan. This assignment offers full-time weekday coverage in a high-volume hospital setting with a broad case mix and supportive anesthesia team.

This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking consistent weekday scheduling with no routine weekend call requirements.

Schedule Model

• Monday – Friday
• 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• No routine weekend coverage required

Practice Overview

• Hospital-based anesthesia program
• Medical direction care team model
• Average 80–100 surgical cases per day
• Level II trauma center
• EMR: Epic

Facility Resources

• 20 Operating Rooms
• 6 Endoscopy Suites
• 3 Minor Procedure Rooms

Clinical Scope

• General anesthesia coverage across multiple specialties
• Adult and pediatric patients (healthy peds)
• Broad procedural and surgical exposure

Case Mix Includes

• Orthopedics
• GI / Endoscopy
• Vascular
• GYN
• Neuro
• Orthopedic trauma
• Acute trauma
• ENT
• Robotics
• General surgery cases

Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care in a team-based model
• Pre-op and post-op patient management
• Intraoperative anesthesia monitoring
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
• Maintain timely documentation and patient safety standards

Practice Environment

• High-volume surgical center
• Broad variety of routine and complex cases
• Supportive care team structure
• Consistent weekday schedule
• Ongoing long-term need

Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Michigan license or active compact license
• Full-time availability (minimum 3 full weeks per month)
• Comfortable with pediatric cases
• Clean malpractice and background history
• NPDB Self-Query required
