What You’ll Do- Administer anesthesia for a wide variety of general surgical cases for adult and pediatric patients
- Provide anesthesia care during neurosurgical procedures, managing neurological status pre- and post-operation
- Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia according to surgical needs
- Monitor and manage respiration and ventilation throughout procedures
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a hospital setting
- Maintain patient monitoring during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Document all anesthesia records accurately in Epic EMR
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and procedural protocols
- Respond to emergencies with airway management and intubation if necessary
- Contribute to a case volume of approximately 50 surgeries daily
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Michigan RN Licensure and certification as a CRNA
- ACLS, BLS, and other relevant certifications
- Prior anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work scheduled shifts with no on-call responsibilities
Preferred:
- Experience within a Level II Trauma Center setting
- Familiarity with Epic EMR
