Required Skills:
- Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Nebraska
- Proven experience in providing anesthesia in outpatient surgery settings
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage patient care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a surgery center environment
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Basic familiarity with hospital electronic health records systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA
- Prior locum or outpatient surgery center experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing with healthcare facilities (timeframe: 60-90 days)
- Ability to work scheduled shifts from June through September 2026, with specific dates including evenings and early mornings
- Must be willing to travel locally; preferred lodging at Fairfield Inn, Grand Island
- Valid malpractice, certification, and licensing in Nebraska
- No travel outside local or preferred accommodations required, but flexibility is a plus
