Required Skills:
- Current NBCRNA certification (CRNA)
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Active, full state licensure (no license waiting)
- Minimum of several years of anesthesia experience (not suitable for new graduates)
- Strong understanding of anesthesia management, ventilation, and regional anesthesia
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate efficiently in a high-pressure surgical setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in trauma or Level 1 trauma centers
- Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation
- Ability to handle pediatric cases (limited scope)
- Previous experience in neurosurgical and deep sedation/MAC procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- Several years of post-certification anesthesia practice in hospital settings
Other Requirements:
- Travel reimbursement provided (mileage at IRS rate); no lodging or flights included
- Commitment to working flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours
