Physical Requirements
Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods; Repetitive motion.

7:30am - 4:15pm (Monday - Friday)
Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors, operational events, emergencies, and/or crisis management requiring night(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response.
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Facilities Services and Sustainability Director, this position:
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows/Office; MS Project; SAP; KRONOS
Driver's License - Preferred
Demonstrated experience as a specialized locksmith, security technician, vehicle servicing technician, forensic investigations expertise, and fire door inspection disciplines - highly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate hand and poser tools; Familiarity with local building, fire, and life safety codes as well as ADA standards.
