PAY: $38,000-$45,000/year plus commissions & bonuses (Depending on Experience and Performance)

Managerial experience in the Retail field or other sales experience is encouraged. You will be required to assist in supervising between 5 and 15 employees. The Location Supervisor will need to:

Especially when working with employees and customers.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting the manager with the following:

• Maintain and increase location performance
• Camera and computer troubling shooting
• Complete nightly reports
• Help employees maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while working
• Make sure the team is offering the best customer service possible
• Work alongside baseline employees to help motivate and teach sales skills
• You must be able to keep your employees motivated so they can earn the highest commissions possible
• You must be good at sales and lead by example in all interactions
• Engage visitor's participation and have impeccable customer service skills
• You must be able to maintain a positive attitude

Applicant must be willing to work on Weekends and Holidays. Photography experience is very helpful, but not necessary.

This position will begin at $38,000-$45,000/year depending on experience. Commissions will be paid in addition to the salary depending on the applicant's performance on the job.
