Position Summary

As a branch manager you will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the location. The branch manager maintains and creates customer relations with current and future customers. The manager facilitates the distribution of products to customers on assigned routes. The manager is responsible for maintaining location inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Ensuring that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment; this includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, and having solid product knowledge
  • Oversee the operations of the location to include, opening and closing of location, scheduling to ensure the proper amount of staff is present to handle Guests, taking into consideration overtime, PTO and controlling hours
  • Analyzing and measuring business trends; developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives
  • Reviewing department/store trends and recommending and initiating changes for maximizing goals and objectives
  • Ensures Inventory, Receiving, Order, Transfer and Loading procedures are followed
  • Ensuring appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations, signing and assortment in all departments; ensuring selling floor is adequately stocked
  • Reviewing department process and recommending, developing and initiating changes for maximizing goals and objectives
  • Ensure deposits are accurate and the proper procedure for paperwork is followed
  • Controlling shrinkage, expenses, and payroll while maintaining company assets
  • Train, develop and oversee Location in all aspects of the business; direct and monitor training and development for all store personnel ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through and audits, etc.
  • Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates
  • Maintain customer relations by seeing that guest contacts are made and communicating information with the Growth Team
  • Complete other projects as found or assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Employee must have valid driver's license.
  • Employee must be a team player
  • Customer Service Experience
