Role Summary:
Reporting to the General / Territory Manager, the Location Manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures, including Customers, Operations, Store profitability, and management/development of staff.

What you'll need:
Experience: 2 years of customer service, sales and management experience
Education: High School Diploma
Analytics/Computer Skills: Prior experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Organization Skills: Excellent organizational, ability to multi-tasking and shift priorities as needed
Cross-functional skills: Works well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; excellent negotiating skills; excellent presentation skills to influence, strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Leadership: Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
