Position Summary
Responsible for overall branch performance, commercial operations, client relationships, revenue, and retail oversight. Commercial business priorities take precedence while maintaining compliance and customer service. Commercial Operations & Client Ownership - Own commercial transactions, accounts, and client relationships.
- Prioritize commercial work in staffing and scheduling decisions.
- Serve as escalation point for dealers, financial institutions, and commercial clients.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, payments, and account maintenance.
Retail Operations Oversight - Ensure retail transactions, deposits, and reports are accurate and timely.
- Manage retail escalations without impacting commercial commitments.
- Align staffing to support operational demand.
People Leadership & Accountability - Lead, coach, train, and evaluate staff.
- Conduct corrective counseling and performance reviews.
- Build schedules and foster accountability and teamwork.
Compliance, Financial & Operational Control - Enforce policies and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee petty cash, receipts, billing, reconciliation, and inventory.
- Protect confidential customer and financial information.
Skills & Qualifications - 3–5 years of management experience in a regulated, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of motor vehicle transactions, compliance, and financial controls.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
