Full-Time Seasonal Position
$23–$28 per hour, depending on experience

Spend the season on Lake Winnipesaukee helping lead a focused sushi program across two different restaurant concepts in one of New Hampshire's busiest summer communities.

LocalTopia and The Wicked Loon are looking for a Seasonal Sushi Lead to help execute and guide a sushi offering that is clean, consistent, and worth coming back for.

This is not a broad sushi menu trying to do everything. We're focused on a tighter offering - roughly 6 to 10 rolls and sushi experiences - with an emphasis on doing what we do very well. Think strong maki roll execution, clean prep, sharp presentation, and a few plated touches that fit each concept.

This role supports:

• LocalTopia – a fast-paced QSR environment
• The Wicked Loon – upscale waterfront full-service dining

That means we need someone who can help maintain quality and consistency across both volume sushi and plated sushi service.

What You'll Be Doing

• prepare and execute a focused sushi menu across both concepts
• maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
• lead sushi prep and station readiness
• help guide and support team members involved in sushi execution
• keep the sushi station clean, organized, and efficient
• maintain standards for food safety, freshness, and product handling
• adapt execution between QSR and full-service environments

Who We're Looking For

• sushi experience strongly preferred
• strong knife skills and attention to detail
• clean, organized work habits
• ability to balance speed with presentation
• comfort working in both fast-paced and full-service environments
• strong line cooks with transferable skills may also be considered

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in consistency, organization, and doing a smaller menu at a high level.

Compensation

$23–$28 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time seasonal position
