Competitive Pay: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, hourly pay range $23.76 - $27.29 plus overtime pay after 40 hours weekly. Performance Incentives: Annual bonuses up to $3,000 for safety and clean roadside inspections. Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with 10–12 hour shifts; home daily. What You'll Do Operate flatbed trailers to transport roofing materials like shingles and rolled roofing. Secure and tarp loads for residential and commercial deliveries. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain clean equipment. Maintain professional communication with customers and your team. Requirements Valid CDL A. 1 year of Class A commercial truck and tractor-trailer driving experience. Flatbed or other labor-intensive work experience is highly preferred. A TWIC card is recommended.
