Seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Rotating Schedule
Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $15.75 - $18.38 per hour
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Certification/License
Current certification in good standing
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
Record vital signs and assist with routine patient care tasks
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Support patient dignity, comfort, and independence
Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Local candidates only

Photo badge must be worn at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required
Additional vaccine doses must be obtained when required by law
37 guaranteed hours per week
