Long-term care and skilled nursing assignment
Opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
36 guaranteed hours per week
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment
Contract assignment offering schedule stability and continuity of care
Support residents in maintaining comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a long-term care setting
