Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a long-term local contract assignment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in maintaining high-quality care standards.
This role is scheduled for night shifts and requires reliability in a structured care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Take and record vital signs as directed
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Support infection control and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Requirements
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans accurately
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
