Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls. Lead project planning, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration. Coordinate with superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate schedule or budget risks. Oversee the installation and coordination of complex building systems, including critical MEP infrastructure. Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure. Experience managing project financials, scheduling, forecasting, and subcontractor coordination. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
