Driver Qualifications
Minimum 23 years of age Valid Class A CDL Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen Good driving record and work record no patterns of irresponsible driving No DUI or reckless driving in the past 5 years No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years Minimum one year of verifiable and comparable driving experience recent within the last 3 years
