Job Summary:
The OR Radiology Technician performs a variety of radiographic duties in an operative setting. Responsibilities include preparing and administering contrast media agents, ensuring patient safety, and obtaining optimal radiographs with minimal exposure. The technician works closely with radiologists and surgeons to meet procedural expectations and adheres to organizational standards of behavior.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of clinical and A.R.R.T. requirements
• Must possess New Jersey State License
• BLS certification
• ARRT certification
• At least 1 year of experience
• Proficient in the use of C-Arm and portable machines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing OR X-Ray technologist in a high-volume trauma setting
• Proficient in the use of O-Arm
