Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Tele unit.
  • Float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed to care for the same patient population.
  • Monitor and recognize ECG rhythms, ensuring patient safety.
  • Complete assessments and documentation accurately.
  • Work at least every other holiday, including night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule.
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
  • Complete orientation requirements, including ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate.
  • Maintain current Ohio or compact state nursing license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS).
