Infusion Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

Location: Everett, WA
Compensation: $55.00–$60.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time 

 

Position Summary

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy services in an outpatient setting. The RN will be responsible for administering prescribed treatments, monitoring patient responses, educating patients, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable clinical environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and prepare patients for infusion treatments.
  • Educate patients regarding medications, procedures, and potential side effects.
  • Establish and maintain IV access, including central lines when appropriate.
  • Administer prescribed infusion therapies and medications.
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to adverse reactions or emergencies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience in ICU, ER, infusion, oncology, or other high-acuity clinical settings.
  • Recent IV therapy experience required.
  • Infusion experience preferred; training may be available for qualified candidates.

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
