Pride Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's Home Health Program in a growing care team serving patients.

 

Job Description:

Position: RN – Home Health

Location: Delco, NC - 28436

Coverage: 50-mile radius from Delco, NC

Duration: 13-Week Contract

Local Pay: $50.00 - $52.00/hour (W-2) Plus Mileage reimbursement

Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,500/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)* Plus Mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive home health assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized Plans of Care (POC).
  • Coordinate patient care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation and clinical records.
  • Provide skilled nursing care following OSHA and infection control guidelines.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, nutrition, and home safety.
  • Perform wound care, IV therapy, venipuncture, catheter care, phlebotomy, and other skilled nursing procedures.

 

Qualifications Required:

  • RN license
  • Home Health, HCHB, OASIS
