• SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm.
• Overview – Practice specializes in Metabolic Medicine, Thyroid, Diabetes and Endocrinology.
• This is a patient education position that is mainly via phone but could also include in person education for glucose meters, Ozempic shot instructions etc., as well as confirming prior authorization, calling in refills, lab orders etc.
• EPIC EMR experience is REQUIRED
• INTERVIEW – teams interview followed by 1 hour in person shadow of triage nurses
